One of the things that sets TriConnex apart, is its approach to working collaboratively with customers, and a great example of this is the TriConnex CPD (Continuous Professional Development) Programme.
The assured, on-time delivery of utility connections is a critical factor to our customers’ hitting their sales targets for new homes. In fact, the sales-driven, cyclical and agile culture of the housebuilding industry is often at odds with the regulated, traditional and slow moving approach of the typical utilities provider. Being able to reconcile these two opposing approaches is essential to assured, on-time delivery – which is where TriConnex comes in.
We are the only utility connections provider in the UK with a housebuilding heritage. This unique position means that we have a deep understanding of developer’s needs, so are perfectly placed to deliver the best, guaranteed service – which is why we have never missed a connections target and why the majority of the UK’s top 25 housebuilders trust TriConnex to deliver, on time, every time.
We developed the TriConnex CPD Programme in response to requests from our housebuilding customers to gain a better understanding of the heavily regulated Utilities Sector, to maximise the delivery of new residential developments. When customers sign-up with us, we go all-in – covering the complete cycle, from pre-acquisition to final connection.
Through the Programme, we actively coach our customers to challenge their previously held beliefs of ‘what’s possible’. We guide them through the morass of regulations and multiple third parties, and equip their Technical Teams with the key skills and know-how to positively influence utilities delivery on-site.
Matt Oates, Technical Director at Redrow London, said: “My entire team attended the first session and the feedback has been excellent. The delivery was tailored to each group and was presented to help us deliver our units on time. I am confident we will see significant benefits during the design and delivery phases. My team also met a huge number of the TriConnex team that will definitely help with communication in the future.”
