Our designers translate your requirements identified by the Technical team into a safe, deliverable design that retains flexibility to accommodate any future changes on site.
We routinely deal with sites from 40 - 4,000 units and each design is carefully coordinated with other planned works on site.
Our designers are accessible and available to be a full member of your design team, ensuring that utilities are considered along the design journey.
The next stage in your journey, or perhaps the first if the project is ready to go, is to more thoroughly assess the deliverability of the project, bearing in mind your detailed build and programme requirements.
The next stage is to translate the agreed technical solution into a buildable reality. The focus is on the intricate detail here and all relevant third party stakeholders are contacted with this in mind. Importantly safety risks are clarified at this stage and relevant risk assessments carried out where required.
This stage overlaps with both design and installation and is when the necessary resources are secured and allocated to the project.
