Please speak to our team about your requirements. Generally our full detailed quotes are returned within 5 weeks, however our new rapid land review can be provided within 72 hours.

The smallest we consider for our new customers is 40 plots and there is no upper limit and we have hundreds of developments in build from 40 to almost 6,000 plots.

Unfortunately not, we are unable to control or affect the current process and so require our customers to deal with disconnections.
